Since its launch in 2021, The Equality Network's Women's Mentoring Programme has made a real difference. But what sets it apart isn't just the impact—it's the people behind it. Founded and still led by a passionate team from Fletcher Building, this dedicated group freely gives their time and energy to ensure the programme continues to thrive.

What an incredible buzz—it’s a true success story!

Since its launch in 2021, The Equality Network’s Women’s Mentoring Programme has made a real difference. But what sets it apart isn’t just the impact—it’s the people behind it. Founded and still led by a passionate team from Fletcher Building, this dedicated group freely gives their time and energy to ensure the programme continues to thrive.

A Programme with Purpose

Over the years, this initiative has actively supported women’s career aspirations across Fletcher Building, providing valuable guidance, support, and opportunities for growth. The programme has not only helped individuals advance in their careers but has also fostered a strong community of mentorship and collaboration.

A Week to Remember

Last week, I had the privilege of facilitating workshops for both Mentees and Mentors once again. The energy in the room was inspiring, and it was a joy to witness the enthusiasm, learning, and connections built. One of the standout moments? Lunch! It provided the perfect opportunity for Mentees and Mentors to network, share experiences, and strengthen relationships.

Gratitude & Looking Ahead

A huge thank you to The Equality Network, Hannah Devey, and Aurélie Le Gall for the opportunity to be part of this programme once more. It’s always an honour to contribute to something that has such a meaningful and lasting impact.

Here’s to continued success and the ongoing empowerment of women through mentorship!
