Founder / Director

Joan is a forward-thinking, results-oriented and passionate organisational development professional who has successfully lead internal and consulting OD teams. She has had critical roles in global organisations, her most recent being:

  • Group Talent Manager, Fletcher Building
  • OD Manager, Coca-Cola Amatil NZ
  • Principal, OD with Sheffield

As director, Joan works with clients to create exceptional value through developing inspiring future leaders, high-performing teams and collaborative, engaged and inclusive cultures. She is an engaging and impactful facilitator and coach and designs fit-for-purpose solutions and programmes to deliver desired outcomes. She draws on her extensive experience, professional network and client feedback to ensure her work continues to make a real difference!
