It was a fantastic two weeks at Mather Consulting! In this short space of time:
We worked with clients across 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀: Financial Services, Education, Technology, Energy, and Retail and simply love adapting to meet the needs of every client.
We facilitated programmes for 𝟴𝟬+ 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, many of whom we met for the first time!
We co-designed 𝗳𝗶𝘁-𝗳𝗼𝗿-𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 experiences to develop capability and confidence in a range of areas:
- Leading through Uncertainty
- Change Leadership
- Building a ONE Team Mindset
- Influencing with Impact
- Business Partnering.
What we have enjoyed most is seeing people connect, learn together, grow in confidence and their AHA’s flowing. The feedback received from leaders and teams has been fantastic.
During this week, we launched a new Leadership Development Programme and are excited to support leaders on their journey through the programme.
